THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING
Mark Kilduff, Founder and PresidentWe are nine associates based in Massachusetts and Maine (and growing) that enjoy what we do. We are selected based on knowledge and temperament and use testing to prove “We like what we do”. Everyone needs a job but not everyone can do the job effectively.
As a team, we provide knowledge and knowhow in the world of bookkeeping and payroll. We are US-based, and our Founder figured out how to do this business for the masses many years ago before there was a “Cloud” bookkeeping concept. He was smart enough to know when to make that leap and it was right after encryption was developed so hosting data would not lead to loosing data. Today we service fourteen Franchise Brands including UPS Stores, US Lawns, Shelf Genie, Elements Massage, and Edible Arrangements – just to name a few.
From the early days our Founder developed a “Bee Hive” approach to bookkeeping and published a book about it. Rather than have ONE Associate deal with certain clients and another deal with different set – He developed departments and make all the Associates interact with ALL the clients. This way insuring that no one associate is left to run off the rails with a bad practice and allows Associates to be cross trained in all the clients and all departments so when Associates need time off – no problem , the Bee hive jumps in and takes on the work load.
So, we are team players that do all the back-end work so the client can always know where they stand, can pull financial statements quickly, and focus on growing their business efficiently. We leverage software eliminating data entry and time spent doing tedious tasks that are undoubtedly important. We have specifically tailored software (workflow for tasks, OCR for quick transcript and search, import automation, delivery management, time spent analysis, client sensitive credential management and archival management all figured out) that compliment how we operate in order to save clients time and money.
Any person can enter in bank transactions into QuickBooks or any accounting software - but it takes a knowledgeable mind to know where the most effective way to claim that deduction is , in order to mitigate taxes and NOT spark an audit.
The average person would not know when to capitalize a purchase or when to expense it. And yet the law says they should. That’s where we come in as a cost-effective team to help the owner focus on growing their brand, business, profits, and accountability at a cost-effective price! What Problem does your offer solve for your clients?
It solves the pain of sitting down to do it – there isn’t enough time in the day to do everything so why spend 70 hours a week when you could do what you need to do (GROW) and leave the accounting to QUALIFIED team players. As a business owner, I cannot say enough about how important it is to do what you do best and DELIGATE the rest. Understanding that is KEY in being successful.

Why are they your target market?
Franchise systems tend to have greater word-of-mouth recommendations. More important, there isn’t an industry we have not serviced and not an industry we shy away from. The only thing that makes for a difficult relationship is “inventory”. Someone (like a retail clothing store) needs to be in control of the inventory. That’s the only aspect we cannot control in a remote situation. That said – we welcome all industry.
